GCK withdrawable low-voltage switchgear
GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution and motor control in power plants, metallurgical rolling, petrochemical, light industry and textile, power, machinery, and power systems with a rated working current of up to 4000A and a rated frequency of 50 (60) Hz.
Our GCK low-voltage switchgear has undergone comprehensive type testing and passed mandatory product 3C certification. This product meets the standard of GB7251.2 Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment.
Structural characteristics
1. The basic cabinet frame of GCK is a combination assembly structure, which uses hot-rolled steel STHC and FA profiles with corner plate positioning, screw connection, and no welding structure. The forming dimensions, opening dimensions, and equipment gaps of the components are modularized;
2. The internal structural components are galvanized;
3. After acid pickling and phosphating treatment, the external structural components are subjected to high-voltage electrostatic spraying;
4. Strong universality of structural components and high mechanical strength;
5. The upper part of the cabinet is the main busbar room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable entry and exit room. Each room is separated by steel plates or insulation boards to ensure safe use;
6. The door of the MCC cabinet drawer compartment is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch. The door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position to ensure safety. The interlocking mechanism is equipped with an unlocking device. If necessary, the operator can use the unlocking device to open the compartment door when powered on and inspect the interior of the drawer;
7. The flashlight switch, contact switch, and MCC cabinet drawer all have three positions: on position, test position, and off position;
8. The switchgear can be equipped with busbar bridges according to power supply or communication needs. The height of the busbar bridge from the top of the cabinet and the length of the busbar bridge are designed and supplied by our company according to user needs.
